  1. Welcome to Psychedelic River, another desktop theme creation by
  2. Nekbyter (c) All Rights Reserved 1997.  All of Nekbyter's themes 
  3. are best displayed in true color (24-bit) on a 800x600 screen.

  5. Because there has been a problem recently with misappropriation
  6. and unauthorized alteration of my themes, please read this legal
  7. garbage before you proceed.

  9. You are entitled to use this theme provided you do it without
  10. altering the major components.  You may share this theme with others
  11. provided you do not remove this readme.txt file, that you do not
  12. remove my name from the wallpaper, that you do not post it on
  13. another web page or download site and that you do not receive
  14. compensation for the distribution of it.  Any violation of
  15. the above constitutes copyright violation which is a federal offense.

  18. Included with the theme are logo.sys, logow.sys and logos.sys files.
  19. If you choose to use these startup and shutdown screens, please backup
  20. or rename your originals in the event you wish to reuse or restore 
  21. them later.  The logo.sys file should be placed in the root directory
  22. of your primary hard drive.  The logow.sys and logos.sys files belong
  23. in the Windows directory.

  27. stuff, take a look.
